Provides early and regular prenatal and postpartum care.

Provides early and regular prenatal and postpartum care to protect the health of mothers and children.

  • A Guided Journey

    Focuses on reducing perinatal health disparities. A healthy pregnancy is one of the best ways to promote healthy families in Mecklenburg County.

  • Care Management for At-Risk Children (CMARC)

    Provides care management to support families with children ages zero to five, who need access to health care and social supports. 

  • Care Management for High Risk Pregnancies (CMHRP)

    Provides care management services for high risk pregnant women. 

  • Children’s Developmental Services Agency (CDSA)

    Provides early childhood intervention in our community as part of the statewide NC Infant-Toddler Program.  

  • ICO4MCH

    Improving birth outcomes, reducing infant mortality and improving health among children aged zero to 5.

  • Postnatal and Newborn Home Visit Services

    Provides a home visit by a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess mother and baby.

  • Women, Infants and Children (WIC)

    Provides basic nutrition services to eligible pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, infants and children up to age 5.
