Care Management for At-Risk Children (CMARC)
Care Management for At-Risk Children (CMARC) is a program offered at no charge for children from birth to under 5 years of age who have special health care needs, have experienced the Infant Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), are dealing with adverse childhood events, and/or are referred by the child’s doctor or health plan.

Referrals
When a referral is received, the care manager will talk with you to determine whether your child and family could benefit from CMARC services.
For eligible families who want CMARC services, a CMARC plan of care is developed by the family and the CMARC care manager.
To refer someone to CMARC, please fill out our online form or email us directly at CMARC@MecklenburgCountyNC.gov.
