- Evaluation of clients exposed to an individual with tuberculosis
- Evaluation and treatment of individuals suspected of or diagnosed with active TB disease
- Evaluation of patients with 2 or more TB Symptoms such as cough, coughing up blood, fever, night sweats, shortness of breath, chest pain and/or unintentional weight loss
- Treatment of individuals with latent tuberculosis infection
Services Offered for a Fee
- Completion of Record of TB Screening for Mecklenburg County Sherriff employees with a known history of positive TB skin or Blood test and a negative chest x-ray
Services Not Offered
- Routine TB screening services.
