Family Planning Services

Provides services aimed at reducing unintended pregnancies and improving selected health practices among low-income families. We offer comprehensive family planning & reproductive health services through discussions of personal goals, contraceptive counseling, pregnancy testing and counseling, testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections and related preventive health services. Services are offered on a sliding fee scale for uninsured clients. Insurance is accepted but not required to receive services.

Cost and Payment Information

Medicaid and most private insurance is accepted for Family Planning and Pregnancy Testing services. If you are an uninsured or self-pay client, these services will be provided to you on a sliding scale. Your income and family size will determine your fee. See fee schedule. 

What Should You Bring to the Appointment?

  • Insurance, HMO, and/or Medicaid card
  • Proof of income (pay​check stub or W-2)
  • Personal Identification (driver's license, Social Security card, birth certificate, Medicaid card, state, work, school, or military ID badge)
