Food Safety for Community Meals
Join Mecklenburg County Public Health in partnership with NC Department of Health and Human Services for a free food safety training designed for individuals interested in holding large meal events, such as fundraisers, church meals, or volunteer meals after a disaster. This training will provide resources and information to help in planning these events, and will help to make sure you are successful in providing a safe meal.
A resource manual, food safety stickers, magnets, and a free thermometer will be provided to each group in attendance.
