Provides plan review, permitting and evaluation of Child Care Centers, Family Child Care Homes, Lodging Establishments, Public and Private School Buildings, Institutions (Nursing Homes, Hospitals, Assisted Living Facilities), Residential Care Facility, Local Confinement Facilities, Adult Day Service and Mental Health, Disability, and Substance Abuse Facilities.

Provides permitting and evaluation of tattoo artists and assists with control of mosquitos and rodents.

Reviews and grants approval for plans to construct and operate any new or remodeled establishment.

Provides plan review, permitting and evaluation of public and residential swimming pools.
